Effective Immediately: Pallet Fee - New Changes to Pallet Orders

Dear Valued People in Plastic Customers,

CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD SURCHARGE - From 1 July 2024, the following Credit/ Debit Card fee surcharges will apply: EFTPOS                | 0.2% Visa Credit             | 1.08% Visa Debit              | 0.51% Mastercard Credit  | 1.1% Mastercard Debit   | 0.61% American Express | 1.75% Charges may be avoided by Direct Deposit payments. PALLET FEE - $20+gst per pallet fee will be added on all orders requiring pallets. - A credit for returned pallet will apply *see terms and conditions below*. Terms and conditions for credit on Pallet returns:

1. Pallet is deemed by us to be in a condition to be reused. 
2. Credit will be to the same value as the customer's original purchase price
3. Pallet must be returned to us at the customer's own expense.

Please note: These changes only apply to our customers who receive pallets in their delivery.
